A custom-engineered U-shaped 2500A Low Voltage (LV) switchboard has been successfully designed, fabricated, and installed to support the critical power infrastructure of a 24/7 local call centre operated by a national broadband provider.

This high-capacity switchboard ensures continuous and reliable power distribution across the facility, which operates around the clock, servicing thousands of customer interactions daily. The layout was carefully tailored to optimize space within the electrical room, enabling improved accessibility and streamlined cable management.

Built using predominantly Schneider Electric equipment—including Masterpact MTZ circuit breakers, NSX series moulded-case circuit breakers, and Schnider metering.

The system design prioritizes safety, reliability, and scalability, ensuring the call centre can maintain uninterrupted operations even during peak demand or maintenance events.
